I am passionate about enhancing my skills and realising my goals. I have empowered myself with a ND Operations Management, Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management from the University of Johannesburg, Safety Management Diploma from IATA and recently obtained a Masters of Philosophy in Quality with Cum Laude at the Durban University of Technology. My research was based on the Integration of Quality Management Principles during the maintenance and operations of helicopters in a State-Owned Entity.
Mbongeni Mnisi is a goal-driven and an insightful quality and safety professional with 13 years of experience in different sectors such as training, construction, engineering, manufacturing and in the past 8 years in aviation. My interests particularly lie in the aviation sector in which I strive to grow and contribute into the industry. I have been in senior management for the past 11 years. I have held a key post holder position for various AMOs, ATOs and AOCs.
